Effective Date: September 2, 2026
Last Updated: September 2, 2026

PAGE 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Super Power Soap. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of superpowersoap.com and your purchases of products, digital materials, and other offerings made available through the website.

By using this website, placing an order, purchasing a digital product, or otherwise using our services through the website, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are between you and Super Power Soap ("Super Power Soap," "we," "us," or "our").

Contact: hello@superpowersoap.com

1. Who May Make Purchases

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase or enter into a binding agreement through this website.

Parents, guardians, organizations, and other responsible adults may purchase products or services intended for minors when appropriate.

2. Website Information

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Occasionally, a page may contain an incorrect price, description, photograph, availability statement, or other error.

We may correct errors and update website information when reasonably necessary.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you when appropriate and may offer you the choice to proceed with the corrected information or receive a refund.

3. Handmade Products and Natural Variation

Many Super Power Soap products are handmade or prepared in small batches.

Soap colors, shapes, decorative details, fragrance appearance, weight, packaging placement, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or from one batch to another.

These ordinary handmade variations are not considered defects.

Product photographs are provided to help you understand what you are purchasing but may not represent every variation in the finished product.

4. Product Ingredients and Use

Read the ingredients, directions, and product information provided with a product before use.

Unless otherwise stated, personal-care products offered through Super Power Soap are intended for external use.

Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products appropriately stored and use reasonable care around children.

Individual sensitivities and allergies vary. The fact that a product contains ingredients commonly used in personal-care products does not guarantee that the product will be appropriate for every person.

Information on this website is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

5. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately.

Product ingredients, packaging, availability, and other details may change as our offerings evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the applicable product information when required.

If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@superpowersoap.com.

6. Prices and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax and other legally required charges will be collected when appropriate.

Shipping or delivery charges may also be subject to tax when required by applicable law.

We may change prices prospectively at any time. A later price change does not change the price of an order we have already accepted unless the original price resulted from an obvious website or system error and we contact you before fulfillment.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, a pricing error, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limitations, or another legitimate business reason.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount.

An automated order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not prevent us from contacting you if there is a problem with the order.

8. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including providers integrated with WooCommerce or used for Super Power Soap invoices.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be governed by that provider's terms.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use a payment method that you are authorized to use.

9. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Physical-product orders are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms or our return policy limits a cancellation, refund, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. Workshop Inquiries and Corporate Bookings

Submitting a website inquiry, requesting pricing, scheduling a planning call, or receiving a proposal does not reserve a workshop date.

Corporate workshops and other privately booked services are governed by the proposal, Client Service Agreement, invoice, or other written agreement provided for that booking.

Our Workshop Booking Policy provides a general public summary of this process.

If a signed Client Service Agreement conflicts with the general Workshop Booking Policy or these website Terms regarding a specific event, the Client Service Agreement controls for that event, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Soapmaking Education and Digital Materials

Super Power Soap may provide educational materials about soapmaking through classes, downloads, articles, videos, checklists, or other resources.

Soapmaking may involve lye, heat, equipment, fragrance materials, and other substances that require careful handling.

Educational materials are provided for informational and instructional purposes. You are responsible for following appropriate safety procedures, reviewing ingredient and equipment instructions, using appropriate protective equipment, and determining whether a project is suitable for you.

Children should not independently perform soapmaking processes involving hazardous materials or equipment.

Educational materials do not constitute medical, legal, engineering, or other professional advice.

Results may vary based on ingredients, measurements, equipment, environmental conditions, and the user's process.

12. Digital Product License

Unless we expressly state otherwise, purchased or downloaded educational materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal use.

You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, teach directly from, or commercially exploit our paid materials without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Super Power Soap's intellectual property.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, workshop materials, graphics, photographs, videos, downloads, branding, educational materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Super Power Soap unless otherwise stated.

You may view the website and make ordinary personal use of its content.

You may not reproduce or commercially use our content without permission except as allowed by law.

"Super Power Soap" and related branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

14. Reviews and Content You Submit

If you intentionally submit content for public posting through the website, such as a product review, you represent that you have the right to submit it.

You grant Super Power Soap permission to display and reasonably format that content in connection with the website and our business.

This provision does not automatically give us permission to publicly use private communications, photographs taken at a workshop, survey responses, or other content that was not submitted for public posting.

Photography and testimonial permissions may be handled separately.

15. Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to:

  • engage in unlawful activity;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another user's information;

  • interfere with website security or functionality;

  • transmit malicious code;

  • impersonate another person;

  • infringe intellectual-property rights; or

  • use automated methods to copy substantial portions of our protected content without permission.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services such as PayPal, Calendly, social-media platforms, video services, payment processors, or other providers.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

17. Website Availability

We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from technical errors.

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary.

18. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not exclude or disclaim any warranty, consumer protection, or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Super Power Soap will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from rights protected by applicable consumer law.

For a product or service claim, any limitation contained in these Terms is also subject to the specific written agreement governing that transaction.

20. Responsibility for Misuse

You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Texas Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where non-waivable law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes concerning these Terms may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.

Nothing in this section waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively as our website or business changes.

The current version will be posted on this page with its effective or updated date.

Material changes do not retroactively change an already completed transaction unless the parties agree or applicable law permits it.

Contact Information

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, organization, job-related information you voluntarily provide, and mailing or billing address.

  • location;

  • approximate participant count;

  • budget or package information; and

  • other details you choose to provide about the event.

Scheduling Information

If you schedule through a service such as Calendly, we may receive information you provide through the scheduling form together with the selected meeting time.

Mailing List and Download Information

If you request a downloadable resource or subscribe to email updates, we may collect your name, email address, subscription status, and information associated with the form or resource.

Website and Device Information

Our website and service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

  • IP address;

  • browser or device type;

  • pages viewed;

  • referring page;

  • approximate location derived from an IP address;

  • cookie identifiers; and

  • information about website interactions.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • process and fulfill orders;

  • provide customer service;

  • respond to workshop inquiries;

  • prepare proposals or booking information;

  • schedule calls;

  • send requested resources;

  • manage email subscriptions;

  • operate and improve the website;

  • maintain website security;

  • detect fraud or misuse;

  • maintain appropriate business and tax records;

  • comply with legal obligations; and

  • protect our rights and the rights of our customers.

We may also send marketing emails when you have subscribed or when otherwise permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

3. Payments

Payments may be handled through third-party payment processors.

Depending on the payment method, the payment provider may collect payment-card or financial information directly.

Super Power Soap generally receives transaction information and limited billing information rather than your complete payment-card number.

Payment providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including providers that support:

  • website hosting;

  • WordPress and WooCommerce functionality;

  • payment processing;

  • scheduling;

  • email delivery and marketing;

  • analytics;

  • website security;

  • shipping and order fulfillment;

  • accounting or professional services; and

  • other business operations.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect our rights, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of another person.

If Super Power Soap is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or similar business transaction, relevant business information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

5. Sale of Personal Information

Super Power Soap does not sell personal information for money.

We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal data.

Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or targeted-advertising activities more broadly than an exchange of information for money. If we use technology that creates additional disclosure or opt-out obligations under applicable law, we will provide the notices and choices required by that law.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on or associated with your browser or device.

Our website uses cookies or similar technologies needed for functions such as website operation, shopping-cart functionality, account sessions, security, and preferences.

Analytics or performance tools may also use cookies when those services are enabled.

Third-party features, such as embedded videos, scheduling tools, payment services, or social-media features, may place or access their own cookies.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may prevent portions of the website from functioning correctly.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting.

Because there is no single universally adopted standard for these legacy signals, the website does not currently respond to traditional Do Not Track signals.

Other browser-based privacy preference signals will be handled as required by applicable law.

8. Information Collected by Third Parties

Third-party services integrated with the website may collect information about your interaction with their services.

Depending on the third party and the technology enabled, these providers may collect information over time or across websites.

Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business purposes.

For example, we may retain order and transaction records to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information we maintain.

No website, database, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain uses of your data.

You may contact us at hello@superpowersoap.com with the subject line Privacy Request.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Even when a particular privacy statute does not apply to Super Power Soap, we may choose to honor a reasonable access, correction, or deletion request when doing so does not conflict with legal or business recordkeeping obligations.

12. Texas Residents

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act provides privacy rights to Texas consumers and establishes obligations for businesses that are subject to the Act.

Texas law provides a general exemption for qualifying small businesses, although restrictions concerning the sale of sensitive personal data may still apply.

Super Power Soap does not knowingly sell sensitive personal data.

We will comply with privacy obligations applicable to our business as those obligations apply.

13. California Visitors

California's Online Privacy Protection Act applies to commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers.

This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect, how that information may be shared, and how you may contact us to request review or correction of information.

We will post material changes to this Privacy Policy on this page and update the date shown above.

14. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13.

A parent, guardian, school, organization, or other responsible adult may communicate with us about an event involving minors.

If you believe a child under 13 has directly provided personal information through the website without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the situation.

15. External Links

Our website may contain links to websites that Super Power Soap does not operate.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, website, service providers, or legal obligations change.

PAGE 3: SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

Super Power Soap is a small Houston-based business, and many of our products are prepared in small batches or made to order.

This policy explains how physical-product orders are processed and how we handle order problems.

1. Processing and Shipping Time

Most made-to-order soap products are scheduled to ship within approximately 14 calendar days after we receive the order and successful payment, unless the product page states a different timeframe.

We generally prepare outgoing shipments on scheduled fulfillment days, approximately every other week.

A processing or ship-by timeframe refers to the time before your package is transferred to the carrier. It is separate from the carrier's transit time.

If a product has a longer preparation period, preorder period, or other special fulfillment schedule, that information should be stated on the applicable product page.

2. Unexpected Delays

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the timeframe we promised, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

When required, you will be given the opportunity to agree to the revised shipment timing or cancel the affected order for a refund.

We may also cancel and refund an order if we determine that we cannot fulfill it.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is currently calculated at $10 per shippable item, unless another rate or promotion is displayed at checkout.

Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $180 or more may receive free standard shipping when the order satisfies the requirements shown at checkout.

Applicable sales tax may apply to shipping or delivery charges when required by law.

The shipping amount displayed and accepted at checkout is the amount applicable to that order unless a website error requires us to contact you before fulfillment.

4. Rush Orders

Rush processing may be available for an additional $35 fee.

A rush order is not accepted until Super Power Soap confirms that the requested timeline can be accommodated.

When a rush request is approved, we will provide or confirm the applicable ship-by date.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a rush processing fee affects Super Power Soap's preparation time. It does not guarantee a carrier's delivery date.

Expedited carrier service, when available, may require an additional shipping charge.

5. Carrier Transit Times

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package.

Carrier estimates are not guarantees by Super Power Soap.

Weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect transit time.

6. Shipping Destinations

We ship to destinations that are made available through our checkout system.

If the checkout system does not accept your requested destination, contact us before ordering to ask whether another arrangement is available.

7. Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing an order.

If you notice an error, contact hello@superpowersoap.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, address changes may be outside our control.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided with the order, we may require payment of a new shipping charge before reshipping it.

8. Returns for Change of Mind

Because soaps, body products, and similar personal-care products are intended for personal use and may be made to order, we generally do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind after the product has shipped.

Please review the product description before ordering.

This policy does not limit your rights if an item is damaged, incorrect, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise subject to a remedy required by law.

9. Cancellations Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@superpowersoap.com.

If production or fulfillment has not begun, we may be able to cancel the order.

Because many items are made to order, cancellation may not be available after production has begun unless cancellation is required by applicable law.

Your rights concerning an unexpected shipping delay are not limited by this section.

10. Damaged Products

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

For shipping damage, we recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery so that we can investigate while the packaging and carrier information are still available.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the problem; and

  • clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging when reasonably available.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

The seven-day reporting request is intended to help us resolve shipping claims and does not eliminate a legal right that applicable law gives you for a longer period.

11. Incorrect Orders

If we sent the wrong product or quantity, contact us at hello@superpowersoap.com.

We will review the order and provide an appropriate correction.

You will not be required to pay additional shipping to correct an error made by Super Power Soap.

12. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery location, household or workplace recipients, and any information provided by the carrier.

Then contact us promptly.

We may ask you to confirm the shipping address or cooperate with a carrier inquiry.

We will review missing-package situations based on the circumstances, carrier information, and applicable law.

13. Lost Packages

If carrier information indicates that a package may be lost in transit, contact us.

We may work with the carrier to investigate the shipment before issuing a replacement or refund when appropriate.

14. Custom, Bulk, and Special Orders

Custom orders, bulk gifting orders, and other specially prepared products may have additional terms disclosed before purchase.

Because these items may be produced specifically for one customer, cancellation or return options may be more limited after production begins.

Nothing in a custom-order policy eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Seasonal Products

Seasonal products are available while supplies or production capacity last.

Unless otherwise stated, seasonal products are subject to the same damage and order-error protections described in this policy.

16. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Financial institutions and payment processors determine how quickly a posted refund appears in an account after we submit it.

Original shipping charges and approved rush charges are generally not refundable after the corresponding service has been performed, except when the refund is required because of our error or applicable law.

PAGE 4: WORKSHOP BOOKING POLICY

Workshop Booking Policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

This page explains the general booking process for Super Power Soap's private, corporate, organizational, and onsite workshops.

Specific bookings may include additional terms in a proposal, invoice, or Client Service Agreement.

1. An Inquiry Does Not Reserve a Date

Submitting a contact form, requesting pricing, downloading pricing information, scheduling a planning call, or discussing a possible event does not reserve a workshop date.

A date is not confirmed until the booking requirements communicated by Super Power Soap have been completed.

These requirements may include:

  • acceptance of a proposal;

  • a signed Client Service Agreement; and

  • payment of the required deposit or booking amount.

Availability can change until a booking is confirmed.

2. Client Service Agreement

Corporate and private bookings may require a Client Service Agreement.

The agreement may address the event date, location, participant count, selected package, payment schedule, cancellation terms, rescheduling, venue responsibilities, and other event-specific matters.

If the signed Client Service Agreement conflicts with this general Workshop Booking Policy, the signed agreement controls for that event except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Workshop Length

Unless a particular proposal or agreement states otherwise, Super Power Soap's flagship Storytelling Through Soapmaking workshop is a 60-minute facilitated experience.

Setup and takedown occur outside the participant workshop period unless otherwise stated.

4. Group Size

The standard Storytelling Through Soapmaking format is designed for approximately 4 to 40 participants.

Other formats or larger activations may be available by separate agreement.

5. Pricing

Workshop pricing depends on the selected experience, participant count, location, customization, and other event requirements.

The pricing shown in a proposal or Client Service Agreement controls the booking.

Taxes, travel costs, parking, venue fees, special production costs, or other charges may apply when stated before booking.

6. Participant Count

The client is responsible for providing a reasonably accurate participant count.

The deadline for the final guaranteed headcount will be stated in the proposal or Client Service Agreement.

Once materials have been purchased, prepared, or allocated based on the guaranteed count, reducing attendance may not reduce the contracted price.

If more people attend than were confirmed, additional participation is subject to available materials, space, time, and any applicable additional charge.

7. Venue Requirements

Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for providing a suitable event location.

Typical requirements include:

  • tables and chairs appropriate for the participant count;

  • one accessible central electrical outlet;

  • a nearby sink for handwashing and light cleanup;

  • reasonable load-in and load-out access;

  • an onsite event contact; and

  • sufficient access before and after the workshop for setup and takedown.

Bathrooms or kitchens may satisfy the nearby sink requirement when suitable.

If the venue imposes special vendor, insurance, loading, parking, security, or access requirements, the client should provide that information before the booking is finalized.

8. Food and Workshop Tables

Food should not be placed on active soapmaking work surfaces during the workshop unless Super Power Soap has approved the setup.

This helps reduce spills and keeps food separate from workshop materials.

9. Participant Safety

Participants are expected to follow facilitator instructions and use workshop materials as directed.

Super Power Soap may pause an activity, modify a step, or prevent unsafe use of materials or equipment when reasonably necessary.

A participant who repeatedly disregards safety instructions may be asked to stop participating in a particular activity.

10. Allergies and Sensitivities

Soapmaking workshops may involve fragrances, essential oils, colorants, soap bases, botanical materials, or other ingredients.

Individuals may have allergies or sensitivities to particular ingredients.

Clients should communicate known accommodation concerns before the event when reasonably possible so that we can determine whether an appropriate alternative can be provided.

Super Power Soap cannot guarantee that an event space or product will be free from every potential allergen.

Participants should avoid ingredients they know they cannot safely use.

11. Product Use

Workshop participants receive instructions relevant to the products made during the workshop.

Products are generally intended for external cleansing use unless specifically stated otherwise.

Participants should review applicable ingredient information and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Workshop information is educational and is not medical advice.

12. Children and Youth Groups

Events involving minors may require additional planning or supervision.

The organization, school, parent, guardian, or other responsible adult arranging the event is responsible for providing the adult supervision appropriate for the age and needs of the participants.

Additional participation or safety requirements may be included in the event agreement.

13. Participation and Sharing

Storytelling Through Soapmaking may include guided prompts or conversation.

Participants are not required to publicly disclose personal information or tell a personal story in front of the group.

Public sharing remains optional unless a different format has been specifically arranged.

14. Photography and Recording

Booking a workshop does not automatically grant Super Power Soap permission to publicly use every participant's image, name, statement, or likeness.

Photography, video, testimonial use, or other publicity permissions may be addressed separately.

If a client plans to photograph or record its participants, the client is responsible for its own participant notices and permissions.

15. Client-Provided Information

The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the event, including the location, timing, expected attendance, venue access, and relevant venue restrictions.

Changes that materially affect the workshop may require an updated proposal or additional charge.

16. Event Changes and Rescheduling

Requests to change an event date, location, participant count, or scope are subject to availability.

Any rescheduling fee, cancellation fee, transferable payment, or refund will be determined by the Client Service Agreement applicable to the event.

No public website statement overrides an event-specific cancellation or rescheduling provision contained in a signed agreement.

17. Events Outside Our Control

Weather emergencies, government restrictions, venue closures, serious transportation disruptions, or other events outside a party's reasonable control may affect an event.

The applicable Client Service Agreement will determine how postponement, cancellation, credits, or rescheduling are handled in those circumstances.

18. Workshop Materials and Intellectual Property

Super Power Soap's workshop curriculum, prompts, presentation materials, handouts, instructional resources, and other original materials remain the intellectual property of Super Power Soap unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A workshop booking does not give the client permission to reproduce, distribute, record for commercial reuse, or independently teach Super Power Soap's proprietary workshop materials.

19. Conduct

We reserve the right to protect our staff, contractors, participants, equipment, and materials from unsafe or unlawful conduct.

Material interference with the workshop or unsafe behavior may require an activity to be paused or ended.

20. Questions Before Booking

Questions about workshop requirements or a proposed event may be sent to:
