Instead of answering with a list, I asked, “What if your soap bar represented you? What if the scent told your story?”
That simple question shifted everything. It turned soap from a product into a process for reflection and storytelling.
Now, I use that same principle inside organizations. Teams come in expecting craft. They leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and each other.
