I walked into a trendy coworking space smelling like shea butter and tea tree oil.
Not from perfume.
But soap.
I was there to teach a group of women engineers how to tell their story through handcrafted soap.
Within minutes, laptops closed.
I shared my personal story of career change… and delighted as laughter bubbled up.
As orange and sandalwood wafted into the air, I had a participant tell me, “This is better than our last offsite.”
Wow!
