If you’ve ever thought, “Our team needs something unique this year,” this is your sign.

This soapmaking class is a sensory storytelling experience designed to stir your team’s creativity.

This is Storytelling Through Soapmaking, and it’s as meaningful as it is fun.

Give your employees the space to reflect, renew, and reconnect.

Let’s walk through what the 45-minute workshop looks like.

🧼 What You’ll Be Doing: A Sneak Peek at the Agenda

1. Welcome + Intention Setting

We open with a warm welcome and a short reflection prompt. (This is where the energy begins to shift.) Your team will begin reflecting on their career.

2. Career Story Mapping Activity

You’ll go through a thoughtful, guided storytelling activity focused on strengths.

3. Let’s Get Hands-On: Soapmaking Begins

Here’s where things get exciting. Each person blends their personal story into their soap. You’ll choose with colors, textures, and essential oils that represent their journey. The room fills with scent, conversation, and a beautiful kind of focus.

4. The Surprise Element

We won’t spoil it here, but let’s just say we’ve built in a special keepsake moment that turns the whole day into something they’ll talk about for weeks. Yes, even the introverts.

5. Group Sharing (Optional, but Always Powerful)

This part is tender and transformative. Participants who feel led share what they made and why. Every single time, this moment deepens the sense of team connection and leaves people saying, “I had no idea we all had so much in common.”

6. Wrap Up + Reflection

We close with a brief guided reflection and career clarity prompt. Participants leave with a custom bar of soap that tells their story.

🌿 Why It Works

This isn’t a passive paint-and-sip.

It’s a creative reset designed to bring your people back to center.

It’s team building without the awkward “So…how are things these days?”

It’s career clarity without the pressure to perform.
